Office Policies

Co-Payments

Any required co-pays or charges not covered by the patient’s insurance plan must be paid at the time of service.

Preparing for Your Appointment

Please show your current insurance card when you check in for each appointment, and let us know if there are changes to your address or telephone number. Please bring your medications or a list of all medications you are currently taking.

Consulting With Your Physician Outside of Office Visits

If you have a question or concern for your cardiologist, please call the physician’s office during regular hours. Please be prepared to leave a message. Your call will be returned as soon as possible and usually by the close of office hours.

Contacting Us for Emergencies

Consult with doctors who are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to cover any emergencies. During normal office hours, please call your physician’s office prior to coming in. On weekends or after-hours, please call your physician’s office and the answering service will contact the physician on call. If you go directly to the emergency room, the hospital staff will contact the physician on call when necessary.
